Grapes & raisins: no known safe dose. Call the vet, even for one.
Grape toxicity causes kidney failure and is unpredictable per dog, one dog shrugs off a bunch, another is in trouble from two raisins. There is no established safe amount, which is why every vet says the same thing: call now, not tomorrow.

Grapes and raisins cause acute kidney failure in some dogs at doses as small as a few grapes, and there is no way to know in advance which dogs are sensitive. Tartaric acid is the suspected culprit. Treat any amount as an emergency: call the vet immediately, do not wait for symptoms, which can take 24 hours. The full list is in what dogs can't eat.
